Future Development Strategy

DPSS Cabling are committed to their core business strategy within the railway industry. They are increasing this commitment by developing the civil engineering part of the business, enabling them to tender for larger contracts. DPSS Cabling plan to continue developing a one-stop solution for project management, ensuring projects of all sizes and value are planned, monitored and tracked through to a successful completion. DPSS Cabling have also identified areas within the commercial buildings market where their skills in structured cabling, electrical installation and LAN/WAN networks will yield opportunities.

The management team has identified companies that require skilled cabling contractors. These companies will become key targets for the future growth of the company. Telecommunications is another area where DPSS Cabling plan to expand their client base. The installation of mobile phone antennas, cable placement, fibre splicing and testing, copper cabling and joint testing are all areas of expertise that DPSS Cabling can provide to the telecommunications market. The management team has compiled a strategy to increase the profile of DPSS Cabling within this market.
